Getting all our ducks in a row

Welcome to the Ducks Paddle website

Ducks Paddle is an old Devon cottage set in a little over two acres, comprising the cottage garden, and two paddocks.

On the junction of Hillside Cross, nestled as the plateau that once was the large Meshaw Moor drops into the valley, through which runs Kitcott Lake,
in a pocket protected from the southerly breezes and surrounded by some ancient Devon banks.

Situated in rural North Devon,  the village of Meshaw was the home of William Nott,  from whom folk song collector Cecil Sharp gathered 32 songs.

Exmoor is a stone's throw away, with its hills dominating the horizon to the north.
The market town of South Molton is just six miles to the west, boasting an award-winning pannier market and home to the great Mole Valley Farmers.

A place of tranquility in the heart of North Devon
